We visited three other businesses when looking for Kardean type flooring, all were unable to answer specific questions on purchase and or products. We were then recommended to yourselves via a previous happy customer.
We were amazed at the difference , our questions were answered , we chose from a fantastic choice , we were given the name of a fitter well versed in this kind of flooring , and hey - ho we now have a super new floor .
We have been genuinely pleased with the whole service.

I thought I'd let you know that our new floor is now installed and we are very happy with it.

We were most impressed with Gary Mansfield, the fitter you recommended: he turned up on time, was very pleasant and extremely hardworking and did a good job. We would certainly use him again and recommend him to anyone wanting a floor fitted.

Dear Wells ... I would have been so happy to leave you a glowing review on google reviews had it been as easy as just clicking on the link but, unfortunately it asks you to sign in using your email and then moves you on to the password etc, we don't have a google account and don't want one ! However we were exceptionally pleased with every aspect of our experience buying flooring from you .. You were all so helpful, knowledgable and polite, you made us feel special and valued customers service that is,unfortunately hard to find these days ...we will be back soon for our kitchen tiles and will probably, never go anywhere else for any flooring and will, always highly recommend you to everyone we know... Our little bathroom has been transformed by the gorgeous yellow marmoleum which was perfectly and expertly fitted by Lee ...

I enclose our review of Wells Carpets as discussed yesterday.

We recently ordered our carpets from Wells Carpets Axminster. The advice and information we received in the showroom was excellent and made our choice easy and successful.

This was followed by a very good and conscientious fitting service carried out by Gary Mansfield who was recommended to us by Anne in the showroom. 
We were very pleased with the professionalism of all involved at Wells and we would highly recommend them.. thank you Wells.
