When you place an order with us, either in-store or remotely by email, the personal information you provide is used to permit us to provide our products and services to you.
It is a purchase contract requirement that you provide your contact details, the address to which your product will be delivered and other necessary information within the order process.
The information provided may then also be used when answering questions or queries arising relating to an order or proposed order, either by telephone, email, or post.
To aid in finalising the completion of your order it may be necessary to share some of your personal information with the flooring installer/s due to undertake your installation. This may include the contact details you have previously supplied, to include telephone numbers and/or email addresses.
We do not share any of the personal information provided with anyone other than the above, unless otherwise agreed, e.g. for the provision of a guarantee direct from a manufacturer.
All information is only kept as per minimum legal requirements and all financial information provided, i.e. debit and credit card details, are destroyed upon completion of each transaction.
